Production Designer

CONTRACT POSITION | 8 HOURS/WEEK 


The Role

We’re looking for a Production Designer to join our remote team. This is perfect for someone fresh out of school or new to freelancing who wants to gain real-world design experience in a supportive, collaborative environment.

This is the behind-the-scenes production work that keeps agencies running. It’s the kind of work that teaches you how real projects flow from start to finish, how to work efficiently with a team, and how to take direction from senior designers.

What You’ll Do

  • Update and resize existing design files for various formats and platforms
  • Create social media and email graphics that align with established brand guidelines
  • Update client presentation decks
  • Collaborate with the team to ensure consistent, high-quality output

 

What You Need

  • Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator (this is non-negotiable)
  • Proficiency in Canva
  • Working knowledge of Adobe InDesign is a big plus
  • Your own laptop and Adobe Creative Cloud license
  • A reliable internet connection for remote work
  • Eagerness to learn and refine your production skills
  • Openness to feedback and direction
  • A collaborative, outgoing personality (we’re chatty)

  • Hours: 8 hours per week
  • Rate: $23/hour
  • Start Date: Early June 2026
  • Location: Fully remote
